Your Collaborators
You will engage closely with leaders in manufacturing operations, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Production, EHS, Engineering, Production Control, Materials, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a robust predictive and preventive maintenance program. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring the maintenance team adheres to best safety practices and proactively identifies and mitigates potential hazards before work begins. Oversee all maintenance activities within the plant, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems, control and robotic systems, power distribution, and facility management. Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and timely resolution of issues that arise during daily operations. Guide and develop your direct reports, emphasizing accountability for results, innovative thinking, and sound economic decision-making aligned with the company's risk management strategy. Identify areas for performance enhancement and create improvement plans to elevate the skills and capabilities of your team. Ensure team members acquire the necessary skills to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions to workplace challenges. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and manage work orders, ensuring asset reliability and performance. Make informed financial decisions that address site priorities effectively.Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising a technical team within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in financial analysis related to operational costs. Understanding of equipment maintenance, planning and scheduling, mechanical and electrical upkeep, and plant/project engineering. Experience in establishing and managing a Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program and tracking its effectiveness. Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., RED X, QRQC, Six Sigma). Strong leadership and management capabilities. Excellent communication skills to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Intermediate English proficiency; fluency is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams using Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g., RED X, 8D, QRQC). Prior experience in manufacturing, particularly in injection molding and plating. Experience in project management, including building expansions and machinery installations.#LI-DP2
