Finance Director

Clorox is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our administrative analytics and reporting processes. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will be responsible for providing accurate business results and analysis to support decision-making and spending prioritization.

• Lead total company admin analytics, reporting, and consolidation process for close and forecast, submitting results to Corporate Financial Planning and Accounting teams.
• Lead project analyses for Functional Planning, including complex and confidential analyses.
• Provide support during the Anaplan implementation, ensuring success on the project, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver results and meet functional admin objectives.
• Support the functional teams in tracking and achieving admin targets.
• Complete ad hoc analysis to support functional leaders.
• Deliver accurate admin forecast for Finance Function, including annual budget and quarterly forecast updates, and provide variance analytics to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, communication, collaboration, presentation, and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role.
• Effectively lead meetings and communicate key messages to senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting theory, including journal entries and financial statements.
• Ability to take personal ownership to ensure timely response to customer needs and work proactively to provide solutions.
• Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency of close and forecast.
• Passion for building team engagement.
• SAP knowledge strongly preferred.
• Strong computer literacy across MS Office suite, including excellent Excel skills.
