About the Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced Luxury Marketing Director to lead our Luxury portfolio in LAC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for our luxury brands, developing full end-to-end luxury experiences, and executing omnichannel plans across the region.

Main Accountabilities

  • Deliver key business objectives for our luxury whisky, gin, and Tequila P&L
  • Drive the transformation of our luxury operating model and cultivate a luxury attitude and best-in-class capabilities across the organization
  • Develop deep understanding of consumer behavior and connect our brand with culture
  • Lead the brand content strategy and omnichannel connections plans
  • Consolidate and lead a global-local Culture Calendar with inputs from local culture teams
  • Own and lead the brand P&L, including NRM Levers, and delivery to Luxury KPIs
  • Support the development of growth drivers that deliver against business growth ambitions and priorities

Key Skills and Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing and luxury brands/experiences, with a track record of leading ground-breaking business results
  • Experience working across multiple countries/geographies/cultures
  • Ability to build and align a group of complementary team members on a plan, working with Senior Leaders, cross-functional experts, and market teams
  • Holistic abilities across all marketing pillars
