About the Role:

At MXES Entserv Enterprise Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP RTR Senior Consultant Lead to join our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge financial transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transformation Expertise:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP RTR solutions that drive financial excellence and efficiency.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP RTR modules to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP RTR projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing expert advice on SAP RTR best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of SAP RTR solutions.
  • Project Management and Delivery:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP RTR solutions, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP RTR functionality.
  • Implement enhancements and updates as required to ensure the continued success of our clients.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and other consultants, to ensure seamless delivery of SAP RTR solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP RTR solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP RTR implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP RTR modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
  • Proficiency in SAP RTR configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • SAP certification in RTR or relevant modules is highly desirable.
