We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational process improvements across the LATAM market, enabling efficiencies, automations, and radical simplification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end value chain operational process management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead multiple complex operational processes, including configuration & quote, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, Customer Resource Management, revenue recognition, invoicing, and organizational sales reporting.
  • Act as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to entry-level employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 6 - 8 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Project Management/Agile skills with proven success in complex projects.
  • Strong Process Improvement Management and Lean Six Sigma knowledge with proven experience and success examples.
  • Advanced communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language, as well as other languages as required.
  • Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team.
  • Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
  • Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts.
