As a vital link, you will support and ensure the successful completion of analytical tasks, building, testing, and deployment of software product features.
About the Role:
- Manage relationships and perform follow-ups with local third-party vendors.
- Collections and detail the statement of functional requirements.
- Formalize requirements by drawing up functional specifications to be implemented.
- Pose a functional solution and get IT validated, taking into account collected requirements, existing applications, and their constraints.
- Organize and lead working sessions between business project management and IT project management, with local vendors (if needed) and ensure to draft minutes for each meeting.
- Provide project management status to teams.
- Offer necessary support (follow-up, tracking, specs clarifications with SMEs) to development teams during the development phase and provide proposals for resolving any difficulties encountered.
- Report to management (tracking, indicators, identification of risks).
- Participate in project committees.
- Maintain a permanent link with IT project management throughout the project.
- Draw up, carry out, and review acceptance testing scenarios.
- Coordinate UAT testing with users/help SMEs on UAT if needed and obtain sign-off.
- Ensure approval of IT developments.
- Document test results.
- Handle corrective maintenance activities.
- Participate in drawing up user documentation.
- Prepare communications and information to be provided to various players.
- Participate in managing users: collect requirements, put suitable training in place, and provide users with support as needed.
- Follow, comply, and document group IT governance procedures.
- Manage team tasks across assigned activities.
- Ensure adherence to group Governance policies applicable to IT systems.
- English: Conversational. Able to create documents and lead calls.
