Strategic Business Partner Sought for RUNNER TECH (USA) LLC
The successful candidate will serve as a key business partner to executive and management teams, providing administrative and human resources support to the Saltillo, Mexico manufacturing plant. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's direction to assess the implications of various people strategies and achieve alignment with manufacturing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative and human resources policies, procedures, and systems to support the operational needs of the Mexico site.
- Lead the administrative and human resources team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high-performing and cohesive department.
- Ensure that all activities performed by the team comply with legal requirements and relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage and develop the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team, certification, and audits, ensuring compliance with Mexican EHS regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and reliable support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of significant experience as an administrative and human resources manager in a global company or cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Maquiladora or IMMEX, Draw-Back, PROSEC & USMCA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a compliance champion for a business unit, corporate office, or manufacturing facility.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (CEFR C1 or above).
