  • Serve as the technical resource for technologies that may span the enterprise, leading complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis.

  • Evaluate and approve peripheral hardware, such as docking stations, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.
  • Windows Operating System Patching – Weekly/Monthly/Yearly, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Update persistent VDI and floating VDI images/environments, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Assign VDIs when requested in tickets, ensuring seamless support and resolution.

Technical/Professional Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Windows OS 7-11, policy administration, and a strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles.
  • 7 x 24 hour on-call support with primary working hours in the Canadian EST time zone, ensuring seamless support and resolution.
  • Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the computer systems, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Analyzes and provides innovative solutions to system engineering and design projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Represents the organization in front of critical audiences, such as clients/customers/vendors/executives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations, ensuring seamless support and resolution.
  • Candidates must have exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution.
  • Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level, as well as convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting, AutoPilot in a fully managed and/or Co-Managed environment, and Apple ADE, Samsung Knox, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, Defender, and integration with Intune, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Understanding of SOTI MobiControl, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
