- Service Updates and Patches: Work with the technical team to schedule service updates and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for the service, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and HPE teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of professional work experience in an enterprise IT department, with a focus on service delivery and operational metrics.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint, and proficiency in using project management tools.
- Technical Skills: Experience working on project teams with Okta, CyberArk, Azure, Active Directory, Sailpoint, HashiVault, or PKI Services.
