In your role as an Automotive Lead Auditor, you will leverage your expertise to uphold the highest technical standards in design, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, operation, and performance across various projects, specifically focusing on assessment services within the automotive sector.

This position offers you the chance to enhance automotive quality by providing assurance for specific automotive standards. We seek individuals with substantial experience in IATF, AIAG core tools, and the specific requirements of automotive OEM customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Plan and execute assessments to meet agreed service delivery expectations.
  • Take ownership of personal development while balancing work, safety, and life priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure our assessment services provide valuable support and meet all accreditation requirements.

The IATF (first edition) is an innovative document, emphasizing customer orientation and incorporating various consolidated previous customer-specific requirements.

ISO/TS (first edition) was originally established by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) to harmonize the diverse assessment and certification systems globally within the automotive supply chain. Subsequent revisions were made as necessary for enhancements in the automotive sector or ISO updates.

In preparation for transitioning from ISO/TS: (third edition) to the Automotive QMS Standard, IATF, feedback was gathered from certification bodies, auditors, suppliers, and OEMs to develop IATF: (first edition), which replaces ISO/TS: (third edition).

The IATF maintains a strong partnership with ISO, ensuring ongoing alignment with ISO standards.

All requirements of this International Standard are generic and intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of type, size, or the products and services offered.
