Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool & Beach Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beach and pool areas, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the operation of the beach and pool areas, ensuring that all activities and services are provided in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage and train a team of beach and pool staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that revenue is maximized.
- Collaborate with other departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a hospitality or resort environment.
- Proven track record of success in improving guest satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
