We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool and Beach Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beach and pool areas, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the operation of the beach and pool areas, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Develop and implement effective service sequences and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of beach and pool operations.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are maintained in good condition and that stock levels are adequate.
- Perform pre-shift checks to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and ready for guest arrival.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that all guest needs are met.
- Document all training, disciplinary actions, and absenteeism, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all tables are clean and ready for guest use.
- College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at an advanced level.
- Knowledge of quality standards and service standards, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
