Role: Identity and Access Management Administrator

Location: Hybrid

Type of Hire: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support, maintain, and continuously enhance IAM applications, including CyberArk.
  • Execute technology modifications in accordance with company policy (Change policy, SDLC, etc.).
  • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to discover new opportunities for value creation with existing tools and toolsets.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding and/or enhancement of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management.
  • Identify areas for process optimization in relation to Identity & Access Management.
  • Troubleshoot access-related issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's culture and values.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.
  • Familiarity with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and capable of working independently.
  • Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
