Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will focus on implementing sales and marketing systems, and helping our clients improve their business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients by driving solutions that align with their business goals
  • Administer and support client Marketing or CRM databases, including user setup, customization, and validation
  • Work with leadership, operations, sales, marketing, and end-users to create and manage complex automations
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Provide technical support to system users and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and system configuration
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve results
  • Salesforce Specialist certification - Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects
  • Understanding of sales and marketing workflows and business processes
  • Understanding of marketing automation
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills
