We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a key member of our Organization & Talent Transformation (OTT) team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic people and leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate leadership development logistics and deliver training sessions to drive business unit and functional performance.
  • Contribute to the creation of new development offerings to improve individual and organizational performance.
  • Guide employees to learning and development options to meet their individual needs.
  • Conduct analytics of talent data and ROI to inform business decisions.
  • Support the development of HR teams and people managers to leverage learning and development data.
  • Implement and promote our employee value proposition strategy to attract, inspire, onboard, and engage top talent.
  • Manage projects within the OTT space to support a simple, aligned, and coordinated approach for all OTT offerings.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Data Analytics, Project Management, and/or Human Resources.
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sense of complex information to effectively solve problems.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
