Objective

Support the development and implementation of talent development processes at Nemak, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of talent development processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure the compliance of performance stages and assessment evaluations.
  • Provide support to HRBPs and employees, offering guidance on talent development processes and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain internal reports and indicators, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform talent development strategies and improve business outcomes.

Position Requirements

  • Career background in HR, Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong behavioral skills, including organization, attention to detail, active listening, communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English language skills.
