Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as a USA E-Commerce Lead. As a key member of our North America business development team, you will be responsible for driving our e-commerce strategy and growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for the US market, aligned with our company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead a country team with full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and develop our e-commerce capabilities in Mexico City.
  • Empower and motivate team members to perform at their best, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or e-commerce, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing managers and driving high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
