**Key Responsibilities**

As a Business Analyst - Strategic Decision Maker at Infineon Technologies, you will contribute to business decisions by assessing alternative strategies and providing financially sound recommendations suitable to the business context. Your role will involve evaluating Sales & Marketing performance based on deployed targets and advanced performance analytics, supporting regional projects, uncovering new ways & methodologies to support business growth, and fostering lasting networks and work relationships across the organization.

**Requirements**

You will have the ability to process complex information, including numerical analysis with the ability to recognize patterns. You will possess highly-developed communication skills to easily discuss topics with stakeholders in a comprehensible and transparent way. You will appreciate input from other team members and benefit from dependencies and exchange within the team. Furthermore, you will demonstrate a high level of self-motivation to take over tasks independently & reliability.

**Ideal Candidate**

A recent degree (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is required. First practical experience (intern, working student) in an analytical environment and strong business acumen are also necessary. Good analytical competences and curiosity to find answers for complex challenges, experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus. The ability to think strategically while also paying attention to details, very good communication and presentation skills, and fluent English language skills are also required.
