Business Analyst Job Description

At Neostella, we're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement by gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and gather requirements for process development.
  • User Story Creation: Translate gathered requirements into user stories on Jira and Test Plans on Confluence.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop processes, ensuring effective documentation and communication.
  • Scope Management: Manage scope creep and ensure timely project delivery while maximizing profitability and resource utilization.
  • Communication: Lead communications between internal and external teams, acting as a translator between clients and technical teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the SDLC, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical background with knowledge of code/software development and its general functionalities.
  • Ability to read code logically and understand technical concepts.
  • Experience in Agile and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience working with diverse personalities and cultures.
  • Organizational skills, with expertise in project management, story management, and scope management.
