**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Eto Materials Program Manager to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and implementing process improvement needs across our global Eto Materials operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement projects to enhance service and inventory performance
  • Lead global prioritization projects to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine global Eto reports, dashboards, and tools
  • Establish and manage a CAPA program to eliminate root causes of service defects
  • Facilitate executive service reviews and develop roadmaps for system implementations
  • Provide guidance and coaching on project management best practices
  • Facilitate periodic policy and procedure reviews and audits

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, with a focus on materials management, inventory planning strategies, and production scheduling
  • APICS - CPIM/CSCP certification preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Global business proficiency and understanding
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, PowerBi, and problem-solving/root cause analysis tools like DMAIC
  • Strong leader with experience leading cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
  • High energy, driven, and enthusiastic about opportunities to establish and implement new approaches
  • Ability to manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously, utilizing time management and work prioritization
  • Proven experience working in complex environments and managing conflicting demands and expectations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization
  • Proficient in dealing with language and cultural barriers
  • Capable of capturing and transforming an idea/concept into business opportunity and deliver positive results
  • Capability to process large amounts of data/information and make decisions
