**Job Summary**
Michelin Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Security Director to lead our security efforts in Central America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and adapting our Group's security policy to the region's specific characteristics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the Central America region, aligning with our Group's policies and global ambitions.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Region Management Team for other Anticipation, Prevention & Protection global teams.
- Act as a permanent member of the Ethics Committee Region and the Ethic Point Region, ensuring the quality and diligence of ethical investigations.
- Participate in Region crisis cells for crises falling within your areas of responsibility.
- Identify and monitor cyber risks and threats, and ensure the operational and monitored physical protection of IS/IT infrastructures.
**Daily Routine:**
As a Regional Security Director, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive risk analyses and sharing findings with the Region Management and Global teams.
- Identifying, anticipating, and mitigating threats specific to the region, ensuring the protection of assets, information, and know-how.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in security risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective security strategies, with a focus on threat mitigation and crisis prevention.
