Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to receive and assess customer needs to effectively integrate demand into the production schedule. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing precise and timely information to the shipping department, aligning with customer requirements regarding quantity, product type, and desired delivery timelines. You will also be tasked with monitoring deliveries, managing shipment documentation, transmitting Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and overseeing customer portals within the logistics framework.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to receive and validate their requirements.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished products to customers.
- Tracking shipments and communicating any issues that arise.
- Following up on shipments and ensuring direct delivery to clients.
- Reporting on the percentage of fulfillment of Third Party Agreements (TPAs) against inventory records.
- Validating ASN transmissions.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the automotive sector.
- Proficient in English at an advanced level.
- Familiarity with SAP, EDI, and customer portals.
