About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Guest Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements:
- No prior housekeeping experience required, but a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently is essential
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
