**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions* Meet or exceed sales targets by offering customized solutions to meet customer needs* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues* Develop strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities* Proficiency in English language* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
