Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant to join our team at the Bosch Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of our SAP S/4HANA template, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and address gaps in our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout project as a representative of the Business department, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and address gaps in our financial processes.
- Proactively prepare, implement, and follow up on specialist workshops, including fit/gap analyzes as part of the rollout.
- Identify required local gaps in cooperation with the customer team and IT, and derive the target process design based on SAP S/4HANA for identified and approved gaps.
- Accompany the realization and testing from a business point of view, ensuring that our financial processes are aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Provide status reporting and reporting to project management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
- Creation of project deliverables for the template rollout deployment team, including process summaries, adapted process models, user stories, target process design, gap descriptions, and technical specifications.
Requirements
- SAP experience on functional configuration with the Financial Accounting & Controlling modules, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a business consultant.
- Experience with full end-to-end implementation in SAP, roll-out projects, and support project experience in FICO.
- Knowledge of General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Bank transactions/Direct & Indirect Taxes/Fixed Assets, Electronic Invoicing, and country-specific requirements.
- Exposure to CO- Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal order accounting, as well as Product Costing and CO-PA.
- Strong knowledge of CO-integration with MM, SD & PP, IDOC, and Interfaces, as well as ASAP Methodology, Cutover strategy, Testing, and Migration.
- Desirable SAP ECC or S4/HANA certifications.
