Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Quality Strategist to join our team in Tlaxcala. This role will be responsible for driving quality initiatives and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

About the Position
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to improve process capability and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Drive supplier development and qualification to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, design engineering, or quality new developments.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification minimum.
  • Core Tools Knowledge and Certification in APQP, AMEF, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
