Industrialization Quality Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Quality Strategist to join our team in Tlaxcala. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Voice of the Customer is well translated and ranked in terms of criticality.
- Develop and implement APQP strategies to drive quality excellence.
- Lead the implementation of Industrialization quality fundamentals, including R/PFMEA, CTQ/CTP Management, Process Capability, Control Plans, Supplier and Part Approval, Process Audit, Pilot Run / PPAP, Problem Solving, and Product Change Management.
- Influence Design Assurance Essentials, including CTQs, Mission Profile, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Design Optimization, Tolerancing, Robust DV&V, MSA / R&R Assessment, Problem solving, and Field reliability.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in IE, ME, or EE.
- 5+ years work experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, or Quality New Developments.
- Lean Six Sigma GB Certified minimum.
- Core Tools Knowledge and Certification as: APQP, AMEF, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
- Problem solver (8D) and work in a team environment.
- Project Management knowledge desired.
- Strong Communication Skills.
As an Industrialization Quality Strategist at Schneider Electric - Global, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, and a culture of wellness.
