We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior IAM Analyst to join our team at Nearshore Cyber. As a Junior IAM Analyst, you will assist in the implementation, management, and support of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IAM solutions, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and design effective solutions.
- Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes.
- Monitor IAM systems and troubleshoot access-related issues.
- Assist in conducting access reviews and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Participate in IAM projects, including system upgrades and integration with other security tools.
- Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update IAM documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
- Vendor certifications from at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust are highly desirable.
