As an HR Systems Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard processes, managing key HR systems, and implementing solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document standard processes and procedures for HR systems implementation.
  • Manage and implement key HR systems, including employee information management, financial payroll management, benefits management, time and attendance management, and onboarding features.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure effective employee and business support.
  • Implement changes regarding HR and payroll systems, including new employee hiring, payroll, employee changes, timekeeping, and other related processes.
  • Manage and process changes in HR Systems, including projects related to them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles in HR, with advanced expertise and knowledge of ERP systems (Workday and SAP).
  • High experience in systems process, including new employees hiring, payroll, employee changes, timekeeping, and other related processes.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and experience coaching and influencing peers and other business partners.
  • Experience developing and enhancing policies and procedures for major efficiency.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and proficient conversational and written English required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Payroll systems experience (ADP Global view).
