Senior Client Services Manager

The role of Senior Client Services Manager at Dentsu Media involves providing operational support to client teams and their clients throughout the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding. This includes campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.
Key responsibilities include supporting campaign timelines, delivering operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality, and engaging and maintaining relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
In this role, you will partner with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses. You will also ensure that client transitions, from onboarding through offboarding, are properly supported and managed.
Furthermore, you will partner with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance, and ensure budget maintenance and utilisation is supported through creation and/or tracking of reference requirements, such as Media Purchase Authorisations (MPAs) and budget details.
Maintaining client reporting requirements and generating reporting templates in accordance with requirements is another critical aspect of this role. Additionally, you will support brand leadership in performing client audits and provide additional operational support as needed.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on industry standards and location. As a valued member of our team, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within the Dentsu Aegis Network.
