Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Kellanova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process, supporting our strategic goals, and maximizing cash flow by overseeing the invoice to cash cycle and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer and Sales Communication: Act as the primary ITC point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Proactive Invoice and Payment Management: Provide active follow-up with customers to ensure invoices are received and payments are in progress, minimizing delays and maximizing cash flow.
  • Receivables and Deductions Management: Manage the collection of aged receivables and resolve invalid deductions by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Order Management and Problem Resolution: Oversee order holds and releases, and facilitate the resolution of ITC-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Strong English speaking and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of collections, deductions, clearing, and invoice to cash processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership of resolution.
