We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Run sold room reports and verify room status to determine discrepant rooms
- Prioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guest rooms
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
- Prepare and distribute changes in room assignments and communicate with next shift
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
