**Job Summary**
The Toro Company is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing maintenance budgets, and coordinating with contractors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze data, blueprints, and reports to inform maintenance decisions
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and environmental health and safety standards
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- Bilingual English (80% Listen, Speak, Write) desired
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a facility and equipment maintenance supervisor or in a similar role
- Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office
- Knowledge of the building process and construction principles
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Experience in manufacturing plant startup operations preferred
- Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Molding processes knowledge and experience is a plus
