Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and logistics of operators for training compliance, course induction process for new hires, and reviewing expectations of this process. Additionally, they will control and review mandatory training of operators to avoid being out of indicator. This role also involves conducting SIRCE with operational training to meet government and safety guidelines, maintaining matrices of skills, and tracking training records in LMS.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate training logistics for operators
- Implement course induction process for new hires and review expectations
- Monitor and review mandatory operator training to ensure compliance
- Conduct SIRCE with operational training to meet regulatory requirements
- Maintain matrices of skills and track progress towards salary level adjustments
- Record and monitor training in LMS system
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
- New graduate or relevant experience
- Intermediate level English proficiency
