About the Role:

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Training and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team in Toluca, Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training strategies and organizational development plans to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and conduct effective onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage the performance evaluation system, ensuring that employees are held accountable for meeting performance goals.
  • Provide support for operational activities, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and STPS audits.
  • Develop and maintain a training matrix for both direct and indirect positions.
  • Manage the ILUO training technique and process improvement ideas.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan to promote training initiatives and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a training specialist or responsible for training in the automotive industry.
  • Intermediate-advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 years of experience handling ERP for people administration, preferably with TRESS or Success Factors.
  • Experience managing SIRCE and ILUO is a must.
  • Nice to have experience in operative recruitment.
