As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials by managing their replenishment. You will use MRP to balance resources and demand effectively, guaranteeing that stock is available at the right place and time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replenishment Management: Define and update stock parameters to meet service level objectives while optimizing inventory levels.
- Purchase Order Portfolio Management: Analyze stock discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
- Stock Availability: Analyze and take appropriate actions to keep various factors such as Pre-Shortage, Shortage, Stock Coverage, and Stock Health under control.
- Transportation Mode Management: Define the default transportation mode using the Air/Sea Tool and follow the workflow in case of any transportation mode changes.
Requirements:
- ERP Systems Experience: Knowledge and experience on ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE, MAPICS).
- Supply Chain Experience: Less than 3 years relevant experience in supply chain.
- Inventory and Supply Planning Experience: Inventory and Supply Planning experience.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities effectively and efficiently.
