Merchandising Associate

Carter's Inc. is a leading North American apparel retailer, and we're seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Associate to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation and development of our merchandise mix, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers in Mexico.

• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive sales and profitability in Mexico.
• Merchandise Planning: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandise planning decisions, ensuring that our product assortment is aligned with customer needs and preferences.
• Brand Management: Work closely with the USA team to ensure that our products are relevant and competitive in the Mexican market, while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
• Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including buying, planning, and visual merchandising teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Training and Development: Coach and develop associate and assistant merchants to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or fashion.
