**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team at Northware. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business problems and requirements, developing and enhancing Appian-based solutions, and collaborating with our product management team to understand requirements and provide estimates, high-level design, and detailed design for product and customer enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Analyze business problems and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet customer needs

• Develop and enhance Appian-based solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency

• Collaborate with the product management team to understand requirements and provide estimates, high-level design, and detailed design for product and customer enhancements

• Assist in establishing coding and software design approaches and standards and following them

• Meet customer commitments in delivering high-quality code on or ahead of schedule

• Stay up to date with technology advancements and ensure our product technology stack is optimized for strategic growth

• Work collaboratively with the team to share ideas and contribute to a strong product setting

• Adhere to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience

• 100% Bilingual (Spanish-English) (Advanced English)

• Availability to travel to the USA 40% of the time (Occasional weekend and holiday work required)

• VISA and Passport
