Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all equipment and facilities meet quality and safety standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management, staff, and vendors to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that all parties are informed of maintenance schedules and activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in equipment maintenance and facilities management.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of equipment and facilities maintenance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
