We are seeking a highly skilled Email Designer to join our team at Italic, a luxury goods company that is revolutionizing the way manufacturers connect with consumers. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective email campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Design highly compelling email templates and campaigns that align with Italic's brand guidelines and enhance brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to conceptualize and execute email campaigns that drive results.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or eCommerce industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of email marketing trends, consumer psychology, and digital marketing principles.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail in typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
