Senior Change Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead to drive large-scale organizational change initiatives in a global environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of change management processes and principles, as well as proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align Change Strategies with Organizational Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine change management strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring practical applicability.
  • Develop Comprehensive Change Plans: Design and oversee the execution of detailed change plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with stakeholders, addressing their needs through hands-on relationship building and ensuring buy-in.
  • Effective Communications: Work closely with Change Communications to develop and disseminate clear messaging highlighting the tangible benefits of change.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Implement consistent communications strategies across all levels of the organization, ensuring messages are translated into action.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and resistance to change, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Employee Support: Provide hands-on support to employees, guiding them through the transition and addressing concerns in real-time.
  • Change Initiative Execution: Drive the hands-on execution of change initiatives, taking responsibility for timely and successful delivery.
  • Project Integration: Coordinate directly with project managers to ensure change management activities are integrated into overall project planning and execution.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish, monitor, and evaluate metrics and KPIs through active data collection and analysis to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Readiness Assessments: Conduct thorough readiness assessments and address any gaps to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Post-Implementation Reviews: Lead post-implementation reviews to confirm sustainable adoption of changes and address any ongoing issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular, direct communication with stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of change initiatives.
