Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve KPI objectives as per company protocols
  • Assist in customer retention initiatives and conduct thorough reviews
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies and practices
  • Participate in the onboarding of new business and updates to existing operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively
  • Proactive with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English
