**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Staff Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the staffing optimization process delivers to the needs of the store while continuously seeking and coordinating business opportunities through optimized staff planning focused on our co-worker, customer, and business.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with the Business Navigation manager, Human Resource manager, and SPO Manager to develop a store staffing approach and action plan that secures best use of available resources, a diverse, and appropriate staff structure, and meets defined business and productivity goals.

• Contribute to the development of a regional staffing approach that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in staffing processes and make recommendations for optimization.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement, retention, and productivity.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of staffing plans with business objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in staffing and organizational development.

**Requirements**

• Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in workforce optimization, human resources, or a related field.
