Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Psc Industries. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our senior living services.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading design efforts for our senior living services, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI. You will tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design efforts for our senior living services, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI.
  • Tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Initiate research and discovery efforts in collaboration with our UX Researcher to inform your design decisions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features, using your skills in prototyping to bring your ideas to life.
  • Maintain high visual standards by utilizing and expanding our Design System.
  • Define success metrics in collaboration with your team and work towards achieving them.
  • Stay informed about competitors and the needs of our target personas.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is curious and proactive, able to work independently while thriving in a team environment. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the design process, from ideation to execution, with proficiency in UI, visual design, and prototyping.
