About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our flagship product, Legal Tracker, using C#,.NET, SQL, Azure, HTML, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS/SASS, WebAPI, and other similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop features and enhancements to Legal Tracker, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Write automated unit tests, API tests, regression tests, and UI tests using NUnit, Moq, and other tools to ensure high-quality code and efficient testing.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and mentoring of junior software engineers to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and lead developers to translate feature requirements and specifications into detailed technical specifications, plans, and estimates.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of various vertical areas of functionality and technology within the platform.
  • Contribute ideas and enhancements to the product's frameworks and tools, such as our web framework, ORM, unit testing framework, and administrative tools.
  • Take on leadership roles in areas such as performance, security, builds, and framework technologies like AJAX or ORM.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced software engineer with a strong background in object-oriented design and development with C#. You should have a solid understanding of relational database design concepts and SQL, as well as experience with web languages and technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web services.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft's.NET framework and Angular, DBMS experience, such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or other, Azure native design/development, and experience with Telerik's Kendo UI Framework, WCF, or WebAPI Web Services.
