About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. as a key member of our Enterprise Support team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Enterprise customers, helping them to achieve the best possible outcomes from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Enterprise customers, helping them to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of cloud services and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and services, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our support processes.
About the Team

Our Enterprise Support team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be part of a global team that is dedicated to helping our Enterprise customers succeed in the cloud.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or account management role, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on cloud computing, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud computing technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
