  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, training providers, and professional associations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in generalist HR, with 3+ years in an HR Manager capacity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
