Overview

As a key member of our Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable digital solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital products and services that meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, IT, and Product Success teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction to software development teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class software solutions.
  • Support the development of software development strategy and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in building mobile/web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • Expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot ecosystem, JUnit, BackEnd MicroServices, Serverless Computing, and REST API's.
  • Experience with Azure and cloud-specific PaaS and SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
  • Experience with high-throughput cloud-native distributed systems.
  • Experience in testing and consuming large-scale web services.
  • Deep knowledge of design patterns.
