About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our workplace environment, enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the workplace, considering factors such as space utilization, employee collaboration, flexibility, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and other key stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that foster a positive employee experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workplace, including coordinating facilities maintenance, vendor management, security, and workplace technology infrastructure.
  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing office layouts that maximize space utilization and support collaboration.
  • Identify and implement workplace technologies and tools that enhance employee productivity and facilitate seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of critical installations, supplier management, and basic technical aspects of property management.
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills, with 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of staff and client demands.
  • Fluent English language skills.
