Prodensa is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of production.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily activities of inspector/packers, ensuring they are accountable for proper inspection and follow work instructions.
- Conduct carton audits of finished product, documenting results and taking action on defective product.
- Schedule inspector/packer personnel within management guidelines, ensuring the proper number of personnel are at each machine.
- Fill out all pertinent paperwork and assist with training needs, including new inspector/packer training and continuous training to maintain a quality-trained workforce.
- Coach inspector/packer employees on proper work procedures and provide assistance as needed.
- Communicate with technicians to expedite customer orders, ensuring production scheduling deadlines are met.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring all inspector/packer personnel are instructed on safety policies related to their position and held accountable for any violation of safety policies.
- Assist the production technician in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- 3 years of experience as a production supervisor.
- Technical certificate or High School or Engineering degree.
- 70% conversational English.
- Valid VISA.
